Cancellation Policy & Cancellation Form
Consumers have a right of withdrawal according to the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor to their independent professional activity.
Cancellation Policy (applies only to end consumers under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013)
You may cancel this contract without giving any reason by means of your clear
statement (a letter sent by post or e-mail) regarding your decision to cancel
this contract no later than 14 days as from the commencement of the
cancellation period.
The cancellation period commences on the day on which the consumer or a third
party named by the consumer, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of
the goods or the last piece of multiple goods as part of a single order.
In the case of a contract for the regular delivery of goods over a fixed
period of time, the cancellation period commences on the day on which the
consumer or a third party named by the consumer, who is not the carrier, has
taken possession of the first goods.
Consequences of Cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will repay you all payments that we have
received from you no later than within 14 days of the date on which we
received the notice of cancellation of this contract. All payments made by the
consumer for the delivery will also be refunded. This will not apply if the
consumer has incurred additional costs resulting from the fact that the
consumer has chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard
delivery offered by us.
The consumer will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
For the refund, we will use the same means of payment the consumer used for
the original transaction unless the consumer expressly agrees otherwise; in no
case will the consumer be charged for the refund.
We may refuse any refund until we have received the goods back, including when
we have instructed a carrier to return the goods at the consumer's request.
The consumer assumes liability for the safe packaging of the goods for the
return shipment.
When returning goods delivered on a pallet, the consumer must place and secure
them on the same pallet for the return shipment.
The consumer only has to pay for any loss of value of the goods if the loss of
value is due to handling the goods beyond what is necessary to check the
quality, properties and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Cancellation
The right of cancellation does not apply to consumers who are not citizens of the UK on the date of the conclusion of the contract and whose primary residence and delivery address are outside the UK on the date of the conclusion of the contract.
General Information
- Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please send the goods back to us in the original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage.
- Please do not send the goods back to us freight forward.
- Please note that items 1-2 mentioned above do not guarantee the effective exercise of the right of cancellation.
